 To our dearest TOP-GEL series product lovers and customers:
The TOP-GEL products manufactured Zenna Chemical Co., Ltd Taiwan has superior quality with elegant package, and is greatly appreciated by many. Thanks to the countless advocate customers’ 30 years support. However, in the recent years there have been an increased number of counterfeits in the market, which significantly injured our company’s reputation and quality. As much as we are infuriated and bothered, we’d like to make a clear declaration statement to our advocated customers and product lovers.

(A) The counterfeit products sold on Topsyne China website www.ie129.com, is absolutely NOT produced by our company. In regards to the false advertisement and product description shown on this website, our company has written warnings, and had taken legal actions! In advice to our product lovers, please do not purchase any products described to be manufactured by Zenna Chemical Co., Ltd Taiwan from this website.
(B) Counterfeits found in locations where Zenna Chemical Co., Ltd hasn’t deliver product to!
1. Region of United State America: After year 2005, we have not sold any TOP-GEL series of products to United State America Region since TOP-GEL has not been approved for trademark registration, please do not import privately, sell or purchase. Other products that have received approvals for trademark registration complied with United State regulations and have detailed description of importers’ name.
2. Hong Kong region: After we have received TOP-GEL trademark registration in year 2009, we have not authorized any product with TOP-GEL trademark to be sold to Hong Kong region. Zenna Chemical Co., Ltd have written to Hong Kong government and customs in request to enforce prohibition on counterfeits in regards to counterfeit products with Zenna Chemical Co., Ltd markings, and any counterfeit products with TOP-GEL trademarks. In the purpose to defend our company reputation and consumer rights.
(C) Please identify TOP-GEL product with the prints of Republic of China flag and with safe lock lid. 
(D) Zenna Chemical Co., Ltd products have all been inspected by SGS Taiwan Ltd for heavy metal contents. And all inspection results complied with regulation.

Our product new package is elegant and exquisite, with great quality and has been well received, please continue your usage. In case of product irregularity or unidentified product origin please advice Zenna Chemical Co., Ltd and we’ll take immediate actions.
